Shipping policy

1.0 DELIVERY

1.1 SAMURAI ‘s designated third-party provider shall deliver the Products to the specific location. You may send an email to danielvoon@samuraipaint.jp to track the status of your order.

 

2.0 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders placed before 2PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. All orders places after will be dispatched the next day. All orders places during weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

 

3.0 DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.
