Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders placed before 2PM Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. All orders places after will be dispatched the next day. All orders places during weekend or on a public holiday will be sent from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.

 

Delivery Address

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once you order has been dispatched, we will send you an email with tracking number provided. You will be able to track your package on the carrier’s website.

 

Return & Refund

 If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request for refund or return the Product to us at any time. This policy is applicable to all products on samurai2k.myshopify.com
