SAMURAI® is a fully integrated aerosol specialist that focuses on the repainting business as well as aftermarket with a regional office in Singapore while research, product development, branding and manufacturing are conducted in Malaysia. Headquartered locally, our products are manufactured in Johor and distributed to countries including Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, UK , USA, Singapore and India.
SAMURAI® advanced spray paint formulation is specially made for DIY fanatics out there to get the best finishing on a wide range of surfaces. We focus on attaining fulfilment from creativity and innovation.
SAMURAI® specializes in manufacturing 2-part aerosol paint which is a practice of having a mix of resin and hardener within the same spray can. SAMURAI® wide range of products included Truck Bed Liner, Epoxy Marine Surface Primer, Marine Coating, Boat Deck Granular Textured Epoxy Primer, Automobile Body Epoxy Primer etc.
Our SAMURAI® Research and Development team played a pivotal role in developing innovations and catalyst technologies. After five years of developing and researching, Samurai 2K Aerosol Spray can was developed to maximize the product’s long term benefit to end users. Meet Our Leadership
Mr. Ong Yoke En (Ian) joined our Board on 9 March 2016 and was re-elected on 20 July 2017. With over 20 years of experience in the aerosol industry, he has held leadership roles in various Malaysian aerosol companies. He leads our senior executive team, shapes our strategic direction, and inspires our R&D team.
He has significantly contributed to our technological advancements, including inventing the 2K system, the Tintatek system, an aerosol-based mirror coating system, and a zero VOC water-based coating mechanism. He also developed our dual head 2K/Part system and the award-winning single head 2K/Part system. Mr. Ong holds a Bachelor of Arts from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (1993).

Entered Sea’s Largest Economy
PT Samurai Paint was incorporated in Jakarta, making our entry into South East Asia's largest economy.
Invention of World-Wide Patented 2K (2-PART) AEROSOL SYSTEM
We achieved a significant milestone by commercializing our patented 2K dual-head aerosol system, storing resin and hardener separately in a single can for on-demand activation and mixing. The following year, we introduced an enhanced 2K single-head system.
Listed in Singapore, catalist of the SGX-ST
Samurai 2K Aerosol Limited, listed on the Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited(SGX-ST) since January 2017. By opening a subsidiary in the USA the same year, Samurai is committed to delivering sustained value to its shareholders.
Export to south east asia and India
Commenced exports to Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines and Cambodia, while adding two production lines to increase production capacity. In 2019, we expanded our exports to include India.
