TERMS OF SALES, SHIPPING, RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1.0  PRICE AND PAYMENT

1.1 Prices of products are exclusive of sales tax.

1.2 Prices of products are subjected to change without notice.

1.2 In the event there are errors discovered in the price list and payment that has been made for a product, the said Order may be cancelled and the money paid will be refunded to you through the bank account that you have paid with.

1.3 You may perform the payment transaction via credit card, debit card, Google Pay, PayPal or Apple Pay (‘our payment processors’).

1.4 In order to process your payment and to subsequently complete your orders, our payment processors shall collect payment information i.e. bank account, credit or debit card information, billing address.

 

2.0  MISTAKEN ORDER

2.1 In the event an Order has been mistakenly placed by yourself, you may cancel the said order by sending an email to support@samuraipaint.jp.

 

3.0  REFUSAL OF ORDER

3.1 We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from our Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials/content on our Website.

3.2 We reserve the right to cancel any transaction on our Website and the money paid will be refunded to you through the bank account that you have paid with.

3.2 End-users satisfaction is our utmost priority and we commit to put in our effort to process all Orders received. Nevertheless, an Order acknowledged may be refused to be processed by us in the event a particular product is out- of-stock or the product cannot be delivered to the particular area. In such circumstances wherein payment has already been completed for the Order, the said payment will be refunded to you.

 

4.0  DELIVERY

4.1 SAMURAI ‘s designated third-party provider shall deliver the Products to the specific location. You may send an email to support@samuraipaint.jp to track the status of your order.

 

5.0  RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

5.1 We will only allow refund/exchange under the following circumstances :-

  1. Product purchased is defective; or
  2. You are not satisfied with the Product purchased.

5.2 In the event you are not satisfied with the Product purchased, you must first notify us via email on the product that is desired to be returned. Explanation on why the product is being returned must be given along with the courier slip.

5.4 You must return the Product to us within thirty (30) days of the Purchase.

5.5 The Product purchased shall be returned to us via courier to the following address:-

5.6 Returns will be processed within seven (7) working days after drop off.  

5.7 We shall conduct further investigations on the returned product if it deemed to be suspicious and we reserve the right to institute legal action in the event our Return and Refund Policy is misused.

 

6.0  FAULTY PRODUCTS

6.1 Images of Products on our Website may slightly differ in terms of colour shades.

6.2 Please send an email to support@samuraipaint.jp in the event an item received is faulty.  

6.3 We reserve the right to refuse to process any request for refund or replacement in the event any suspicious act related to the purchase order is detected.

 

7.0  GUARANTEE, SITE & COMPLAINT MANAGEMENT 

7.1 Please send your feedback/complaints to support@samuraipaint.jp , should you have any. SAMURAI shall address and resolve all complaints receive with high ethical standard. Enquiries or complaints shall be generally addressed within five (5) working days. In the event complaints are related to product quality or any such that requires further enquiry, the said complaint may take longer time to be resolved.

7.2 Customers are required to furnish SAMURAI with the proof of order along with the description of complaint to accelerate our enquiry process.  

7.3 SAMURAI may experience a higher volume of emails than average. Customers are encouraged to send us a follow-up email, should you fail to receive any response from us with five (5) working days.
