A great weekend shouldn’t be ruined by a rusted boat!
A bad day of fishing is still better than a good day at the office…

I bet most fishing enthusiasts can relate!

Have you ever experienced spotted a rust hole on the boat body right before leaving home?

So you canceled the plan as seawater could accelerate rust and that makes a boat fragile and increase safety risk…

End up you spent the whole weekend fixing the boat. A chance to escape from the stressful life with your men wasted…

How you wish there was a miracle paint that could prevent rusting for many years...
Saltwater corrodes metal 5 times faster!
Rust is commonly found on vessels that are not properly maintained.

This is because the salt in the water contributes to the chemical degradation of exposed surfaces.

Wiring and electronic components exposed to saltwater can be rendered useless by marine corrosion too.

The best defense against rust is sealing off the metal surface with a strong abrasion-resistant and anti-rust paint!
Saved thousands of dollars while having the freedom of fishing
How funny I once thought boat painting can only be done by the workshop painter. And I thought 10 days for painting a boat is normal!

Now, with Samurai Marine Polyurethane 2-Part paint, I can fix the scratches and rust on the boat hull by myself at any time.

Can you imagine enjoying beer and fishing on the boat every weekend with friends without worrying about the boat's condition? I love the feeling so much…

The best thing about it is the durability, no more annual maintenance!

 Professional Workshop Finish
Samurai’s nozzle is specially designed to effectively prevent clogging and allow the paint to be sprayed at a consistent volume to achieve a smooth, quality finish just as a professional would while using a spray gun and air compressor.

Samurai’s patented can design, of 1 valve for 2, overcomes most 2-Part spray paint users’ concerns of paint leaking from the hardener activator at the bottom of the can.
“Optimal ratio of paint and hardener”
Painting boats is a part of my job. Some customers requested me to apply 2-Part paint on their boat and that always took me quite a while to obtain the perfect ratio.

I was skeptical about the aerosol paint. However, Samurai works well! The finish is tough, fine, glossy, and even!

It has definitely overcome the struggle of mixing the paint and cleaning equipment like drill, containers and air compressor.

The best thing about it is it’s hassle-free! No paint needs to be mixed so the walls and floor remain clean!

Prep work
Prep work is known as surface preparation, it is extremely important as it determines the quality of the finished project.

What Our Customers Think!

Why us?

How do you know if the paint is dry?
Drying time is sensitive to temperature and humidity.
Touching the painted area to perform checking might leave an indent on the surface.

How to check if the paint is cured without using a psychrometer or touching the painted area?
1. After painting your boat, overspray a small amount of paint on another metal surface or floor.
2. Touch the overspray paint on the floor 30 minutes later.
3. If the paint on the floor leaves no indent on the surface, your boat is dry too!

FAQ

What kind of aerosol paint is Samurai?

  • Samurai uses NC modified acrylic resin. This NC modified acrylic resin makes Samurai different from all the other brands in the market today, and gives it strength and quality.

Is Samurai Paint product heat resistant?

  • Samurai Paint products can withstand up to 374°F However, in certain circumstances it could withstand up to, approximately 1,112 °F.

What causes the nozzle clogged?

  • If the can is not shaken well before use, only the pigment paste at the bottom layer will be sprayed out. As a result, the thick paste will get stuck at the opening of the diptube and will turn hard over time.

What causes bubbles on the painted surface?

  • Blistering of paint is caused by water, solvent or rust trapped under the surface. You should sand it down to remove the old paint. Make sure the surface is completely clean and dry before repainting and refinish.

What causes fish eyes on the painted surface?

  • Fish Eyes result from all sorts of dirt such as oil, wax, and dust on the surface which remain on the surface after sanding. To fix this, re-sand the surface with 800 grit sandpaper and wash the surface with soap and water or degreaser to clean all stuck dirt off. Then repeat the steps of painting.

What causes orange peel on the painted surface?

  • Orange Peeling results from: a spray can that is held too far away from the surface; the temperature where you’re spraying is too high (for best results, spray under 86°F or out of sunlight) or the spray nozzle is clogged. To fix it, sand with 800 grit sandpaper, and use a fine compound to rub out the orange peel. If that fails, remove paint with paint remover and start over the repainting process and refinish.
